First, I'm very impressed. Jet Profiler is a great DBA tool. Here's my problem: I clicked on the "Explain" link for a query that was running slow, and it popped up a dialog box. At the top it says "Communications link failure", and below that a line that starts "Last packet sent to the server was ...", then "query: EXPLAIN select ..." The problem is that the query is very long, with 5 unions and about 60 total lines. The dialog box is stuck, with the close button not displayed at all. It is off the bottom of my screen. I'm already at the highest resolution my computer can handle, so I can't do anything that way. Since the dialog box is modal, I'm unable to just click off it. I can hit "Enter" to close the dialog box, but it would be better if the dialog box were properly displayed.
